These terms apply to bigmobilegames.com, run by Big Mobile Games Bilişim ve Yazılım Uygulama Geliştirme Danışmanlık Sanayi Ticaret Limited Şirketi (“Big Mobile Games”, “we”). By using the site, you accept them. Our games and apps have their own terms, shown in the stores and inside each game or app.
Using the site
You can browse the site freely, for personal or business purposes. Don’t try to disrupt it, to get into parts of it that aren’t public, or to use it for anything unlawful. To contact us or send us personal information, you must be at least 13 years old, or older if the law in your country requires it.
Our content and brands
The text, images, videos, logos and game art on this site belong to Big Mobile Games or to those who licensed them to us. Big Mobile Games, ARmies, AiCell and the giraffe logo are our names and brands.
You may link to any page and quote short parts of it, naming us as the source. For anything else, such as reusing our images, videos or logo, ask us first at contact@bigmobilegames.com.
App Store is a service mark of Apple Inc. Google Play is a trademark of Google LLC. Other names on the site belong to their owners.
Ideas and feedback
If you send us ideas, designs, suggestions or other feedback, for example for a game, they are not confidential, and Big Mobile Games may use them freely, without any obligation or payment to you. If you want to keep an idea to yourself, please don’t send it to us.
Links to other sites
Links to stores, social networks and other sites lead to services with their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for their content.
Liability
We take care to keep the site accurate and available, but we provide it as it is: we can’t guarantee that it is always complete, up to date or free of interruptions. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for damage caused by using the site or by being unable to use it.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed.
Law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The courts and enforcement offices of İstanbul (Çağlayan) have jurisdiction over disputes. This doesn’t limit the rights consumers have under mandatory law.
